That’s our Taqueria Caramba, founded by the son of the original owner, driven by a deep passion for grilling, street food, and, of course, tacos. Every Saturday, this passion ignites as we transform the place into a vibrant taqueria. We roll through the Netherlands and Germany for festivals, events, and catering.
Taqueria Caramba is where Mexican street food vibes and Latin American energy collide. Infectious Mexican Cumbia beats while our taquero Julio fires up the grills. With our low, open setup, guests can witness the rapid, expert creation of our mouth-watering tacos, quesadillas, choripanes, churrascos and more. Cumbia and salsa are at the heart of our identity, and we infuse this spirit into our mobile kitchens.
